Call to Prepare for Civil Service exam in Prathibha sangamam………….

Kollam District Collector Sri.A.Shajahan IAS has stressed the need to inculcate the habit of extensive and intensive extra curricular reading to prepare for civil service exams.  Speaking after the distribution of 'Prathibha Puraskaram' for prominent SSLC winners, in the Prathibha sangamam function organized by KMML on Wednesday, said continuous efforts and preparations irrespective of all set back is the key factor for meaningful victory 

KMML Managing Director Sri N.R Subramaniam inaugurated the Prathibha sangamam in the function presided by KMML Executive Director Sri. C.J.George. Managing Director reiterated the commitment of the company in social well being of the people around the company. He told that the welfare and developmental support for the people is as important for the company at par with the profit of the company. The proposal for constructing a ward with financial support of the company in the Kollam District Hospital is under consideration, he told.

Asst.Collector trainee Kumari Mitra IAS, newly posted in the district, has shared the pre- exam preparation to the students. Self determination is playing a vital role for getting qualified in this competitive situation but the choice has to be yours, she pointed out. Kerala University Registrar Prof: K.A Hashim delivered the key note address.

Joint General Manager, Sri.V. Ajayakrishnan, Officer’s Front General Secretary Sri. H.Rakhudas, Trade union leaders Sri. S. Satheesh Chandra Babu, Sri. Johnson Varghese, Sri S. Sasidharan were felicitated. Public Relations Officer K.M.Muhammed Anil welcomed the gathering and Personnel Officer Sri. V. Sivarajan delivered vote of thanks. 36 students were honoured with 'Prathibha Puraskaram'
