ISRO Chairman visit on Titanium Sponge Unit

K.Radhakrishanan, Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), on Saturday, 29.01.2011 visited the country’s first Titanium Sponge Plant (TSP) coming up at the Chavara complex of Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd. (KMML).

 

The ISRO Chairman also visited the various plants and laboratories of the TSP. He attended a meeting to review the progress of work on the construction of the TSP at FTH. Joint General Manager (TSP) Suresh Kumar briefed the progress of the project.

Dr.Radhakrishanan expressed full satisfaction over the progress of work and appreciated the KMML Team worked for the completion of the project.

  

Dr.Radhakrishnan was accompanied by KMML Chairman and Additional Chief Secretary T.Balakrishnan, Director of Vikram Sarabai Space Centre P.S Veeraraghavan, VSSC Chief Controller K.M.Nair, VSSC Deputy Director P.P.Sinha, KMML Managing Director N.R. Subramaniam, and KMML execute Director C.J.George.
